To Fix Locked proCube Cubes and Slices

Launch the ProCube Server Process Monitor from the server running the ProCube system. This is done by opening File Explorer and going to C:\Program Files or Program Files x86\Satori\ProCube\bin\ and double clicking Promo64.

To unlock proCube cubes, select the Sessions tab at the bottom of the monitor window.  Select the user of the locked cube and click Disconnect Selected User.  If several cubes are locked, click Disconnect All Users.

To unlock proCube slices, select the Calculations tab at the bottom of the monitor window.  Select the cube with the locked slice and click Cancel Selected Calculation.  If several slices are locked, click Cancel All Calculations.
