1 Initial Steps
1.1 Opening Excel Workbook
Go to the Start Menu and navigate to Excell. Ensure the version of Excel is 2007 or later. After Excel opens click onePlan in the Excel Ribbon.
Go to Sign In and a window will be prompted.
Initially, select the database you will be using and click Connect in the right hand corner. Depending on your security settings, you may be asked to log in to the database. Enter your username and password. If this is the case, then select onePlan login and your credentials. (If this step does not appear, this is because you have been logged in automatically from your Windows account).
Go to Navigator in your Excell Ribbon and Double Click the icon. Your menu screen should then appear.
Select your Category, GL Account Planning and your Subcategory, Core P&L, then click.
