Below are more defined ways to evaluate your chart of accounts in your Actions Menu surrounding the user defined row selections:
From the Menu, select Active WorkbookActionsReport Format
This selection defines the way the rows are grouped. Each grouping is defined in the dialogue box under Description.
For better understanding of the functionality choose Groupings and click
To bring back the original view, select Active WorkbookActionsReport Format.
After the dialogue box opens select List (4L) and click
The Report Format screen allows you to select a number of differen styles of screen display, which give different layouts of the account hierarchy.
Click on the relevant line to select the screen display required.
